WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You’ll take care of the onboarding and visa/sponsorship process for international recruits, ensuring everything is handled ethically, legally, and supportively.
Providing guidance for employee relocations, including immigration support and assistance with finding accommodation.
You’ll track and share clear updates on visa and sponsorship metrics, such as costs and timeframes for completing applications.
Create a thoughtful welcome pack to enhance the experience of joining each division and offer practical advice for settling in the UK.
Develop and implement clear, supportive processes for managers and new recruits, focusing on welcoming, engaging, training, and post-arrival support for international recruits.
Establish a peer support network to offer long-term guidance and community connections for recruits within their workplace.
Gather valuable feedback from recruits to ensure the onboarding process continues to improve and the programme achieves success.
Collaborate with the central People Services team and Legal Advisers to manage the visa process efficiently and effectively.
