THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking motivated Consultants to work on impactful HR transformation projects with our dynamic People Consulting team.
The role is ideal for someone passionate and eager to contribute to transformative projects that align HR practices with organizational goals, particularly focusing on HR systems like Dayforce Ceridian, Oracle HCM ,SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in assessing current HR processes and systems, including Dayforce Ceridian, SAP SuccessFactors, and UKG.
  • Support the identification of areas for improvement and the implementation of best practices.
  • Help develop and execute HR transformation roadmaps.
  • Work with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendations
  • Support business process design, enhancements
  • Support client discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing and drive deployment

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Must be eligible to obtain Federal Security Clearance.
