We are looking for a People Coordinator to join our People Team while our valued colleague is on maternity leave. In this role, you will help ensure we continue to deliver high-quality support across our day-to-day operations, events, and projects. The start date is around 1 September 2026, for a minimum of 10 months. Who are we looking for? We expect you to have: A relevant degree from which you have recently graduated, or maybe you have worked for one or two years after graduation. Relevant work experience during or after your studies, in which you have managed data and coordinated a variety of different activities. It is a plus if you have had exposure to human resources incl. having coordinated recruitment activities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Full working proficiency in English, both in writing and verbally. Working proficiency in Danish, Swedish, and/or French is an advantage. Hands-on experience using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Experience with other programmes, platforms, or databases is a plus. Preferably, you have experience from living abroad, such as an exchange. Who are we? The 16-member Business Support Team, of which you will be a part, works with Human Resources, Communications, Finance, and Workplace Support. The Business Support Team contributes to CE’s strategic goals by delivering high-quality guidance and support to all our stakeholders, collaborating seamlessly across functions and locations. As our People Coordinator, you will work across a broad range of HR areas, including data management, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and daily operations. You will play an important role in keeping our processes running smoothly and maintaining high standards. We expect you to be at the office on most days to support your onboarding and collaboration with colleagues, with the occasional flexibility to work from home. In this role you will Manage co-worker records and related data to ensure it is kept up to date and GDPR compliant. Coordinate on- and offboarding activities, including aligning with People Managers and different support teams. Coordinate the recruitment process with support from our Head of People, including posting job ads, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and preparing test material. Support our Senior Learning & Development Consultant in various activities, including scheduling formal learning activities and managing digital learning materials. Manage the people intranet sites through collaboration with People team colleagues and relevant stakeholders across the business. Monitor and sort our inboxes and help redirect e-mails to the relevant colleagues. Support the team when we have projects or events as needed.
