The Star Entertainment Group is seeking a People Coordinator to act as a point of contact for general administration and employee services requests, including supporting some employee relations queries.

ABOUT YOU:

You are a fast learner with a strong track record in delivering administrative support in complex, regulated, or fast-paced environments. We are looking for you to bring:

  • Excellent support to the broader team.
  • Expertise in working on MS products.
Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager People Partnerships and Employee Relations, you will provide overall logistical and administration support to the People Partnership team on all matters and projects.

  • Provide support and advice to leaders on low risk and low complex Employee Relations (ER) matters.
  • Provide initial guidance and advice to leaders and team members on the interpretation and application of company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the wider People Partnerships Team ensuring our HRIS data reflects the current structure of the business.
  • Support the People Partnerships team in a range of broad generalist People activities.
