The Opportunity We're looking for a proactive and organised People Coordinator to join our People Operations team. This role is key to delivering a great employee experience by supporting front-line queries, coordinating recruitment and onboarding processes, and assisting with learning and development activities. You'll play a vital role in enhancing our employee lifecycle processes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. About You You're a natural communicator with strong organisational skills and a "can-do" attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy juggling multiple tasks while building strong relationships across teams. You bring: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 1 - 2 years working experience or recently graduated.
