QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2+ years of experience in HR support, office administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently, be resourceful, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Possess the highest regard for quality, health, safety, and environment.
  • High level of computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred but not required.
