KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Extensive experience in an administration role in a similar industry or demonstrated experience in a people and culture role
  • Demonstrated excellent attention to detail and time management skills to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional accuracy in data entry and record management
  • Experience using HRIS and CRM software is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated flexibility to work as part of a team.
  • Tertiary qualifications and/ or relevant experience in Human Resources (desirable).
  • Experience in disability or Allied Health environment (desirable).

Responsibilities

EXPECTATIONS OF THE ROLE

The People and Culture Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of the P&C department. This position involves various administrative tasks related to human resources functions, ensuring smooth processes and compliance with organisational policies and legal regulations.
Cultural fit will be paramount as we support the business through industry changes and growth. This means that our P&C administrator is someone who is adaptable and can easily pivot to urgent and emerging tasks, provide high level of service to our internal customers and Liaise with Executive Leaders, Operation Leads, Senior Leaders and Team Leaders relating to matters concerning probity and administration.
This position will suit a passionate, dedicated professional who owns their role and gets a thrill in ticking off tasks!

Reporting to the Executive Leader, People & Culture, your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Provide administration support to the P&C team (business partners and coordinators)
  • Manage the P&C email inboxes
  • Maintain information in the CRM – Staff Cards and HRIS
  • Manage documents for new and existing staff, including all records relating to probity and administrative functions including reflection and support & appraisals
  • Maintain employee files and filing systems
  • Ensure that the organisation complies with all legislative requirements
  • Participate in P&C projects as required
  • Undertake audits of files and information in conjunction with P&C Business Partners
  • Assist with training administration
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding administration
  • Assist in the development of and maintenance of the HRIS.
