About the Role We’re looking for a proactive People & Culture Advisor to help build a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven workplace. You’ll partner with leaders, support employees across the lifecycle, and drive initiatives that strengthen our culture. What You’ll Do Provide trusted, practical HR advice to leaders and managers across performance, policy, engagement, and organisational change Lead end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, offboarding, and performance management Support learning & development programs, HR compliance, and people analytics to inform workforce strategy Champion initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and values-aligned workplace What We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience as HR Coordinator, Advisor, or similar, with solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Strong communicator, trusted advisor, and relationship-builder at all levels Solutions-focused, organised, and able to work under pressure while driving continuous improvement People-oriented and committed to enhancing employee experience Why Join Us Be part of a purpose-driven, values-led organisation making a real difference in people’s lives Work in a collaborative, supportive team that encourages innovation and continuous learning Enjoy a work setup: 4 days in our Sydney office and 1 day WFH Opportunities to contribute to strategic HR initiatives and shape the employee experience across the business Ready to join us?
