About the role Being the face of the People & Culture team for our employees and frontline leaders, you will provide support in: Reporting and Data Analysis for business reports. Creating and updating Policies and Procedures. Manage the HR Advice line inbox – respond and/or triage. Workplace investigations and performance management. Interpretation of Enterprise Agreement. Preparation and analysis of Enterprise Agreement. Managing P&C systems and processes. Supporting with projects, case management and cultural initiatives. The traits that will help you succeed Minimum 2 years’ experience as HR Coordinator or HR Advisor. Experience working in ambiguous and fast-paced environment. Demonstrated capability in delivering projects on time and in scope. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proactive and solution focused approach. Ability to create positive working relationships and influence across a broad range of stakeholders. Ability to travel as operationally required and for team development. Workday experience would be advantageous but not essential. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related would be advantageous. Responsibilities
The role serves as the primary contact for employees and frontline leaders, providing support in HR reporting, policy updates, and the management of the HR advice line. Key duties include conducting workplace investigations, interpreting Enterprise Agreements, and supporting cultural initiatives and P&C systems.
