  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidence managing employee records and systems.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a People & Culture Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in delivering practical and people-focused support across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be the go-to person for frontline leaders and team members to provide timely, expert advice while contributing towards initiatives that support employee engagement, performance, and compliance.

This is a true generalist position offering variety and the opportunity to:

  • Provide clear, practical advice to leaders and employees across all HR and ER matters.
  • Support grievance, performance management, and workplace investigations.
  • Interpret awards and communicate in plain language.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records and systems.
  • Contribute to HR projects that improve the employee and manager experience.
