30 hours per week We’re looking for a proactive People & Culture Advisor to deliver high-quality HR support across the UK and Ireland. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive employee experience, maintaining compliant practices, and ensuring our People processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities HR Administration Maintain accurate employee data within the HR system. Prepare contracts, letters, and reports. Advise managers on policies and procedures. Ensure GDPR compliance and respond to employee queries. Improve HR systems, workflows, and reporting. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and support an inclusive candidate journey. Support hiring managers with the ATS, interviews, and fair selection practices. Help deliver structured and engaging onboarding. Payroll & Benefits Provide accurate data to payroll. Assist employees with benefits queries. Policies, Compliance & Reporting Keep documentation legally compliant across jurisdictions. Review and update policies and communicate changes. Track legislation updates and produce HR metrics. Learning & Development Coordinate and track training. Support delivery of learning programmes and L&D events. Assist with embedding the Learning Management System.
