Description

We are an award-winning company with an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, proactive, and passionate People and Culture Assistant to join our team. This role is a fantastic chance for someone looking to kickstart their career in HR/People and Culture, or for someone who thrives in a busy, dynamic environment and enjoys a role centered around recruitment and administrative processes.
As a People and Culture Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the People and Culture team, with a heavy focus on recruitment, onboarding, and HR admin. If you love to be organised, process-driven, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, this role could be your perfect fit. We are open to part-time working arrangements for the right candidate, though please note that the role will be fully onsite, with occasional travel across our sites as required.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Passion for People and Culture: You must genuinely love HR and have a desire to help build a positive and inclusive work culture.
Highly Organised & Process-Driven: A strong ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and handle a busy workload without compromising on accuracy.
Communication: You should be confident in both written and verbal communication – this role requires clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Attention to Detail: You’ll be working on sensitive processes, so it’s essential that you’re meticulous and maintain confidentiality.
Adaptable: This is a fast-paced role that may require flexibility and a willingness to jump in and support wherever needed.
Recruitment Experience: Experience with recruitment or a strong interest in developing recruitment skills is beneficial but not essential.
We encourage applications from individuals who have been studying HR or related fields, or have gained experience in similar roles with transferable skills.
