WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards); Level 5 is a bonus
  • 2–4 years’ experience in an HR coordinator, assistant or generalist role
  • A strong understanding of core HR processes, with working knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience using HRIS systems (ideally HiBob or similar)
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re comfortable working with people at all levels
  • Able to handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion
  • Curious, adaptable and always looking for ways to improve the way things work
  • Experience in a global or US-based environment is a plus, but not essential.

People Experience & Operations

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, making sure every employee experience is smooth, engaging and accurate
  • Maintain accurate employee data in our HRIS (HiBob) and ensure personnel files are kept up to date
  • Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and employee changes
  • Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
  • Help monitor HR inboxes and act as a first point of contact for day-to-day querie
