Prepare and manage employment contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Maintain and update employee records and personnel archives, both in digital and physical formats. Working closely with leadership and our payroll vendors to effectively administer compensation & employee records information Responding to employees’ & management queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Supporting the team with facility management queries Collaborating with the company’s leadership in systems configuration changes, projects, and others to help roll out new processes Keeping up with and reflecting any changes in local employment legislation & other relevant employee regulations Your background: Demonstrated expertise in people operations/administration, including payroll & employee record management Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling company environment, with a keen understanding of the challenges and opportunities inherent in such dynamic settings Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities and requirements What we offer: Competitive salary Premium Health insurance Career and skills development opportunities Fun and collaborative team environment New modern office space
