THE ROLE
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work side by side with Head of People and Culture to drive meaningful improvements in the lives of our Prosparians. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals fostering an accountable, high performance and values driven culture.
This role is about listening to and acting on feedback to create progressive, inclusive solutions that support growth, engagement, and a high-performing environment. You’ll have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, experiment with new approaches, and play a key role in driving our employee experience forward.
