SALARY PACKAGE CIRCA $160,000 INCLUDING SUPER + VEHICLE
We are looking for an experienced People & Culture Professional (internally referred to as an HR Business Partner) to join the GrainCorp Human Resources team to be part of a dynamic and value-adding group of professionals who strive to build a fantastic employee experience by partnering with, and coaching leaders.
This position could be based at any of our NSW sites; including Tamworth or Newcastle; (with a Hybrid working arrangement on offer), you will be empowered in your role to autonomously deliver people and culture outcomes across a portfolio consisting of regional operations.
In this dynamic and exciting position you will drive a number of diverse initiatives including; leadership development, coaching, safety and wellbeing projects. Key responsibilities will include;
