About the opportunity Right now we're looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join us on an 8-month fixed term covering parental leave. Reporting to the Director P&C, you'll support various business units within Apple Operations in a role that blends operational and strategic HR. Key responsibilities include: Support the delivery of T&G’s People & Culture strategy across the Supply Chain, Quality and Technical teams. Act as a trusted business partner, providing expertise and coaching to leaders on all aspects of HR best-practice Drive leadership and capability initiatives that foster a high performance culture Operational HR activities including employee relations, performance management, and organisational change Contribute to various P&C projects across L&D, OD, Talent and Remuneration Based in Whakatu, we offer a flexible, hybrid working environment.
