AECOM’s People and Culture Team has a fantastic opportunity for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. We are looking for someone keen to develop their Business Partnering career to join our team. This role is full time based in our Brisbane office.
You will be working alongside a team of Business Partners, reporting directly to the People & Culture Lead for the region. You will have opportunities across a range of activities that will include working with the leaders of our business, the wider People & Culture team and being involved in strategic projects.

Qualifications
You will have knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Australian Awards and experience handling HR queries on a broad range of issues. You will be confident interpreting People Policies and providing advice to managers. Ideally you would have 3+ years’ experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic environment.
