Job Description Job Description AECOM’s Human Resources Team is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic Brisbane office, supporting our Australia Transportation Business Line with nationwide coverage! As a key player in our HR team, you will partner with diverse client groups and lead the charge in all facets of Human Resources support, including: Employee Relations: Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace. Performance Management: Drive excellence and accountability across teams. Culture Development: Shape and enhance our vibrant workplace culture. Reward & Talent Management: Partner with leaders on remuneration, benchmarking, and retention strategies that help us attract, engage, and retain great people. Leadership Development: Empower our leaders to build people management capabilities. Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions and growth. HR Projects: Lead and support transformative HR initiatives. Employee Experience: Collaborate with managers to enhance the employee journey. You’ll be part of a core team of HR Specialists, working regionally and nationally, and reporting directly to the People & Culture Lead – Transportation & Energy. Your contributions will be vital in implementing our Australia New Zealand (ANZ) HR Strategy and supporting our Global HR Strategy.
