Job Description AECOM’s Human Resources Team is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic Brisbane office, supporting our Australia Transportation Business Line with nationwide coverage! As a key player in our HR team, you will partner with diverse client groups and lead the charge in all facets of Human Resources support, including: Employee Relations: Foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace. Performance Management: Drive excellence and accountability across teams. Culture Development: Shape and enhance our vibrant workplace culture. Reward & Talent Management: Partner with leaders on remuneration, benchmarking, and retention strategies that help us attract, engage, and retain great people. Leadership Development: Empower our leaders to build people management capabilities. Change Management: Facilitate smooth transitions and growth. HR Projects: Lead and support transformative HR initiatives. Employee Experience: Collaborate with managers to enhance the employee journey. You’ll be part of a core team of HR Specialists, working regionally and nationally, and reporting directly to the People & Culture Lead – Transportation & Energy. Your contributions will be vital in implementing our Australia New Zealand (ANZ) HR Strategy and supporting our Global HR Strategy. Qualifications About You Positive, proactive, and collaborative, you lean into challenges and work alongside others to make things happen. Sound like you? You will also be confident interpreting policy and providing advice to managers. Qualifications 6+ years’ experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic environment.
