This position reports into the People and Culture Director, also based in Sydney.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

We are looking for a strategic people and culture business partner to partner with our Australian and New Zealand based commercial teams to coach the business to enable the outcomes aligned to the strategy.
You will be a key conduit between P&C Centres of Excellence and your business unit, leveraging global resources and adapting them for local deployment. The role is also responsible for ensuring effective implementation and compliance to Blackmores Group policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Partner with Business Unit Leadership teams and leaders to drive, influence, advise and support the people and culture aspects of organisational change, structure, people processes and employee / business improvement initiatives
  • Use workforce analytics and HR data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion initiatives that reflect Blackmores’ values and purpose.
  • Provide advice on terms of employment, legislation and interpreting people and culture policies and procedures, managing and escalating risk at all times.
  • Coach, support and develop leaders to drive capability in support of business priorities, leading and applying strategic and tactical interventions at an organisation and individual level to achieve the business goals
  • Ensure best practice people and culture processes & procedures are in place for respective business units, and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvement in people and culture efficiency
  • Actively support local / regional people and culture projects as and when required to deliver the people plans and ANZ business priorities
