Job Description Oversee all aspects of the local People & Culture (HR) function and act as the primary contact for business leaders and managers Provide day-to-day HR support to line management, including coaching, employee relations, career development, and HR processes Manage payroll input and support while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations Collaborate with global P&C stakeholders to implement initiatives and ensure alignment with local requirements and legal frameworks Support Global Mobility, immigration activities, M&A projects, and guide industrial relations matters; initial 1-year fixed-term contract with the intention to transition to permanent employment Qualifications Strong HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle, with experience in payroll, labour law compliance, and HR operations (preferably in matrix organisations) Solid understanding of Turkish market dynamics, business practices, and regional expertise (Istanbul preferred) Experience in coaching, organisational development, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder management across multiple countries Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently within frameworks, and manage third-party vendors Fluent in English and Turkish, with high emotional intelligence, business acumen, and ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment Additional Information For HR agencies: Please note that we do not accept applications coming from agencies.
