This highly rewarding position is part of a team that provides consulting advice across all elements of the employee life cycle, including workforce planning, employee and industrial relations, organisational effectiveness and change, performance management, engagement, welfare and wellbeing. Our stakeholders are across our full range of business units being Residential Care, Retirement Living, Home Care, Corporate and Veterans services offering you an insight into a varied and diverse range of internal clients. We’re really interested to hear from P&C Professionals who can bring a demonstrated interest and experience in Employee and Industrial Relations. Who are you?
