Job Description We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Human Resources who is eager to develop their career and make a meaningful impact on our organizational culture. As part of our People & Culture department, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team environment. In this role, you'll be instrumental in fostering an inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. Employee Lifecycle Management Coordinate comprehensive onboarding and induction processes, including documentation preparation, new starter setup (access credentials, equipment allocation), and orientation activities Prepare employment contracts, amendment letters, and other employment-related documentation with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail Support probation review processes and maintain associated records with precision Coordinate offboarding procedures including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and final documentation HR Administration & Compliance Establish and maintain accurate, organized employee records and HR systems in compliance with local labor regulations Ensure adherence to organizational policies and employment standards Monitor employment documentation and right-to-work verification Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity in all HR matters with professionalism and discretion Support payroll coordination and related administrative functions Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Assist with internal communications initiatives including newsletters, team updates, and company announcements Support employee engagement programs, team events, recognition initiatives, and culture-building activities Help foster an inclusive and supportive workplace environment through collaborative communication efforts Contribute to the development and implementation of programs that enhance employee experience and organizational culture Qualifications Required Qualifications: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Knowledge of HR systems and databases Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic work environment Preferred Qualifications: Background or formal studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, or employee engagement Familiarity with local Egyptian labor regulations and employment standards Experience with employee onboarding and offboarding processes Knowledge of HR best practices and culture-building initiatives Experience with internal communications and employee engagement programs Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
