This role is ideal for someone with background or formal studies in Human Resources who is looking to develop their career within the hospitality industry. As part of the People & Culture (P&C) department, you will gain valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions while supporting the operations of a high performing team environment. Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Management Support end-to-end recruitment including advertising, screening, interviews, reference checks and offer generation Coordinate onboarding and induction processes, including associated administration, preparation of documentation, and the setup of new starters (e.g. access cards, locker allocation and orientation) Prepare employment contracts, variation letters and other employment documentation Support probation reviews process Coordinate offboarding processes including exit interviews and final documentation HR Administration Establish and maintain accurate employee records and HR systems Ensure compliance with Fair Work, NES, Awards and internal policies Monitor visa compliance and right-to-work documentation Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times Support payroll coordination Internal Communications & Engagement Assist with internal communications including newsletters, team updates and engagement initiatives Support employee engagement initiatives, team events and recognition programs Qualifications About You Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or currently pursuing formal studies in HR. Previous experience in an HR or administrative role. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage day-to- day priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. A positive attitude with the enthusiasm and drive to contribute to and support a strong workplace culture.
