Job Description Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you’ll assist in managing all aspects of the People & Culture function, ensuring alignment with Accor’s policies and initiatives. From recruitment and onboarding to engagement and development, you’ll help build a workplace where our Heartists feel welcome, valued, and inspired. What you’ll be doing: Own the recruitment process from posting roles on Smart Recruiters to tracking candidates and working with HODs to fill open jobs. Prepare contracts, onboarding packs, and welcome kits that make a great first impression Keep employee records sharp and up-to-date Communicate payroll updates, terminations, and assist with pay-related queries Be the go-to for employee questions and manage the T&C inbox with professionalism and care Track training progress and probation reviews Coordinate recognition calendars for employee awards, birthdays, anniversaries, and milestones Support HR reporting, audits, and invoice processing Keep internal communications, newsletter and noticeboards fresh, relevant, and engaging Qualifications Enthusiasm, drive and energy – you love to make things happen! Experience in a generalist Human Resources role is preferable. Strong knowledge of HR processes and IR legislation A natural ability to connect with people and build relationships at all levels Relevant tertiary qualifications or working towards completion is advantageous.
