Job Description We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Cairo, Egypt. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background or formal studies in Human Resources who is eager to develop their career and make a meaningful impact on our organizational culture. As part of our People & Culture department, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions while supporting a collaborative and high-performing team environment. In this role, you'll be instrumental in fostering an inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued and supported. Employee Lifecycle Management Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertising, candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and offer generation Coordinate comprehensive onboarding and induction processes, including documentation preparation, new starter setup (access credentials, equipment allocation), and orientation activities Prepare employment contracts, amendment letters, and other employment-related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Support probation review processes and maintain associated records Coordinate offboarding procedures including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and final documentation HR Administration & Compliance Establish and maintain accurate, organized employee records and HR systems Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, organizational policies, and employment standards Monitor employment documentation and right-to-work verification Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity in all HR matters Support payroll coordination and related administrative functions Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Assist with internal communications initiatives including newsletters, team updates, and company announcements Support employee engagement programs, team events, recognition initiatives, and culture-building activities Help foster an inclusive and supportive workplace environment through collaborative communication efforts Qualifications Required Qualifications: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of HR systems and databases Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
