Responsibilities
  • Recruitment:
  • Full-cycle recruitment including handling job requisitions, job postings, resume screening, administering candidate assessments, scheduling & conducting interviews, conducting background & reference checks, reviewing immigration paperwork, and drafting new hire employment agreements.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding:
  • Lead new hire Orientation sessions and ensure accurate completion of all onboarding documentation.
  • Execute New Hire Orientation Checklist and Employee Departure Checklist.
  • Conduct exit interviews.
  • Training & Development:
  • Collaborate with the Director of People & Culture to develop programs and strategies to enhance engagement and performance within the company.
  • Conduct training workshops across various employee groups.
  • Ensure companywide completion of monthly employee trainings requirements.
  • Assist with coordinating talent initiatives, including the development of presentation materials and collection of metrics.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Support the Events Committee and People & Culture team in organizing activities/events aligned with our culture and values.
  • Assist in the execution of wellness programs.
  • Promote positive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records, internal employment agreements and addendums, and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare and distribute a variety of documentation (i.e., employment verification letters, vacation entitlement letters, etc.).
  • Support document management and audit readiness in accordance with labor laws and internal policy.
  • Manage the Mailroom including purchasing and restocking of supplies.
  • Other Responsibilities:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements & best practices to influence human resources strategies.
  • Other tasks and projects, as assigned.
