Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role

  • You are a strong collaborator and will provide support to the Talent team
  • Coordinating for projects, team meetings and department administrative reports. You will assist with event communications, research and benchmarking of programmatic engagement activities.
  • Supports uploading into Client Relationship Management tool and utilizing appropriate tags
  • Assist with registration and p-card payment and ensure invoices are reconciled
  • Manages organization of team sharepoint sites and schedules bi-weekly team updates
  • Schedules screens for candidates and acts as an onsite liaison for executive interviews in NY
  • Developing team prep call agendas, meeting notes and action items
  • Perform other related tasks and/or special projects as assigned
  • Strong program management skills as well as comfort creating decks and other deliverable
