Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze, we are seeking a passionate People and Culture Coordinator for 2025 summer season to be the welcoming first point of contact for employees and applicants. This role involves managing employee inquiries, handling incoming calls, processing reports, maintaining employment files, and supporting various employee events and initiatives. The People and Culture Coordinator ensures all tasks are performed with integrity and confidentiality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Perform administrative duties and answering telephones and emails according to Four Seasons standards for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
  • Assist in the planning and attend employee recreation activities and communication events.
  • Perform accommodation and locker inspections ensuring they are clean and orderly.
  • Maintain and update all Heart of the House and digital communication for sharing company information with all employees.
  • Assist with employee onboarding tasks ensuring all documents are in order according to corporate policies and local laws.
  • Maintain and update all employee records (both electronically and hard copy files) ensuring that documentation is easily accessible and organized.
  • Maintain confidentiality of information in the department including conversations, personal information and medical files.
  • Assist with other areas of People & Culture when needed such as Talent Acquisition.
