Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement engagement programs, events, and initiatives that build team spirit and community across the company.
  • Lead recognition efforts by managing programs that celebrate colleague achievements, milestones, and contributions.
  • Support cultural diversity and inclusivity through events and campaigns that reflect and celebrate the company’s diverse workforce.
  • Manage internal communications and engagement platforms to ensure colleagues are informed and aligned with company values and updates.
  • Assist in developing wellness programs and P&C operations, contributing to a healthy work-life balance and smooth departmental functioning.
  • Provide a dedicated and effective P&C advisory service to all colleagues (e.g. queries related to compensation, benefits, policies, procedures, organizational change, etc.)
