As a People & Culture Coordinator at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

  • Provide efficient administrative and HR support, maintaining accurate records and compliance.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and benefits processes.
  • Coordinate training, engagement activities, and colleague events.
  • Act as a professional first point of contact for colleague queries, ensuring confidentiality and care.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture in line with Mandarin Oriental values.

As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will be predominantly working Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week, however flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful People & Culture Coordinator candidate, you will/must have:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in people and ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive, approachable, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • A strong sense of initiative and ownership.
