At MACG, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents and we know that starts with an empowered and engaged team. We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator with recruitment and aged care experience to join our supportive People & Culture team.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our People and Culture team, you’ll play a vital role in:

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment – advertising, shortlisting, interviews, contracts, and onboarding
  • Track compliance for onboarding (police checks, vaccinations, VEVO, qualifications, references)
  • Provide HR administration support, including drafting contracts, variation letters, and managing compliance registers
  • Support employee experience initiatives such as service anniversaries, recognition programs, and engagement events
  • Build strong working relationships with managers, payroll, and administration teams across MACG homes
  • Maintain HRIS (Humanforce) records, generate recruitment and compliance reports, and contribute to continuous improvement
