ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People & Culture Coordinator to join our growing People, Strategy & Brand team based in Perth.
Reporting to the Culture & Capability Manager, this role plays a key part in coordinating all aspects of the employee lifecycle, supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR function and contributing to initiatives that enhance the employee experience. You’ll enjoy a dynamic mix of tasks, learning a range of HR skills that will provide an excellent foundation for your career as part of a national business.
You’ll work closely with the People & Culture Business Partner and the broader team to ensure our people processes are seamless, compliant, and aligned with MNG’s values and strategic goals.
