Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AT BUGABOO

Join us on our mission to help empower parents and children to discover the world together! Bugaboo is a premium Dutch parental company that reinvented the stroller 20 years ago. We continue to bring a pioneering mindset and an obsession with quality to everything we do and we’re looking for entrepreneurial and passionate people to join us. With design and innovation led in-house, production in our own factory in Xiamen and a global footprint we are proud of our creativity and cultural inclusion.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • You will make sure that the personnel administration is accurate, up to date and complies with local legislation.
  • You are responsible for the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • You will process any changes in the employment and personal data of our colleagues and make sure to maintain our HR systems.
  • You will prepare payroll changes to ensure a timely and correct payroll administration of employees in different countries.
  • You will provide administrative and coordinative support to the People & Culture Business Partners.
  • You assist in organizing onboarding days, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • You are the primary contact for employees with questions about People & Culture policies, processes, and tools.
