PEOPLE CULTURE COORDINATOR – YOUR ROLE IN THE BIG PICTURE
As our People Culture Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the Directors and Managers to manage essential administrative and HR functions while championing our culture. From recruitment to event planning, and everything in between, you’ll bring a fresh perspective, keep the team progressing, and shape the company’s future.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Be the Backbone: Provide essential administrative support to the Directors, ensuring their focus stays on driving the business forward.
Recruit Rockstar Talent: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, helping us attract the best and brightest talent.
Shape Company Culture: Work closely with Directors and Managers to develop initiatives that enhance our culture, align with our values, and drive employee engagement.
Organise Unforgettable Moments: Plan and execute company events, team-building activities, and holiday workshops that bring our people together.
Master Rosters: Collaborate with Managers to design and manage staff rosters, ensuring fairness, efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
Keep Us Safe Compliant: Oversee health and safety policies and ensure we’re meeting all regulatory standards.
Champion Manuals: Work closely with the team to create, update, and maintain detailed process manuals, ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Collaborate Innovate: Work across teams to foster a culture of learning, development, and shared success.
Keep the Team Progressing: Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for development and fostering a forward-thinking environment.
