Job Description We're looking for a proactive People & Culture Coordinator to join our People Operations team, to support our diverse business in this core, hands-on role. You’ll apply your expertise across P&C policies, processes, systems, and administration to support our people. You will collaborate with P&C colleagues and line managers across the business to deliver key functions including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS and contract management, remuneration and benefits, acquisitions, and system implementations. If you’re an experienced People & Culture generalist who thrives working in a fast-paced environment, with a high performing team, enjoys managing complex processes, and getting involved in continuous improvement initiatives - this is a great opportunity to make an impact. Responsibilities Be the voice of People Operations and deliver clear, timely, and helpful communication through our People inbox — resolving queries and guiding employees to the best outcomes. Own the onboarding and offboarding experience, ensuring every touchpoint is smooth, consistent, and compliant with reporting requirements. Provide accurate advice and guidance on People & Culture policies and processes. Manage employee and position data — ensuring our records are up-to-date, reliable, and ready for reporting. Partner with Payroll - Collaborate closely to ensure seamless people processes. Lead and support updates to our HRIS, contributing to smarter, more efficient ways of working Qualifications Relevant qualifications or built strong expertise through hands-on experience. Approachable, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment — with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise. Highly effective communication skills. Analytical and solutions-focused, you enjoy solving problems. You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and experience with HR platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or HROnboard would be advantageous. Previous experience working in a People and Culture role where you've supported business areas with practical advice and guidance. Previous experience in interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements and/or Awards.
