PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The People & Culture Director ensures Lumina Alliance is both a compliant employer and a supportive, staff-centered workplace. This role oversees Human Resource operations and employee relations in ways that are fair, legally sound, and aligned with Lumina’s core values.
