We are seeking an enthusiastic Employee Experience Lead (Human Resources) to accelerate our employee experience agenda. They will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace environment by orchestrating effective communication strategies, cultivating employee engagement initiatives, and championing diversity and inclusion efforts.
Through a holistic approach, they strive to enhance the overall professional journey, ensuring that every team member feels valued, heard, and included, ultimately contributing to a thriving and harmonious work culture.
The key accountabilities of this role are in managing the Communications Framework, Employee Engagement, Reward and Recognition and reporting requirements. Along with Developing HR policies and strategies, advising on HR-related matters, managing workforce planning and employee experience, overseeing employee life cycle activities.

You’ll need to demonstrate that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, employee engagement, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of organisational culture and its impact on employee experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence positive change.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in HR analytics.
  • Ability to operate in a complex, fast paced environment, if you’ve been in the aviation/ground handling industry even better!
