Responsibilities

To oversee and manage the Employee Relations (ER) function within the People & Culture team, with a focus on supporting the People Experience Advisors. The ER Lead will be responsible for managing complex employee relations cases, grievances, disciplinaries, as well as engagement activities, ensuring the company’s compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role will also focus on developing proactive strategies to improve on-site employee engagement and drive a positive workplace culture.
This role will report to the Head of People & Culture, and be part of the People Experience Team.
