As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and onboarding top talent to support our organization's growth and success. Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a strong talent pipeline Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Utilize applicant tracking systems (smart recruiters) to manage candidate information and streamline recruitment processes Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create accurate job descriptions Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to promote employer brand Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures related to recruitment Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and key performance indicators Provide Manning Reports & Control of yearly budget Support other HR initiatives and projects as needed Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations Understanding of current recruitment trends and social media recruiting techniques Experience with employer branding initiatives HR certification) preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
