Responsibilities
  • Work with P&C business partners and other stakeholders in terms of recruitment matters such as to arrange for interviews, prepare and present Letter of Appointment to selected candidates, etc
  • Execute smooth onboarding, offboarding and employee life cycle for the assigned business units
  • Drive employee relations to increase efficiency and to boost morale
  • Administer P&C policies and procedures within the Hotel
  • Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of all employees’ data
  • Manage various colleagues’ communication channels such as noticeboards and other engagement channels
  • Plan and organise activities and programs for colleagues engagement
  • Ensure proper maintenance of colleagues’ facilities (E.g. locker room, colleagues’ cafeteria, resting area, notice boards, etc.)
  • Benefits and claims administration
  • Any other reasonable duties assigned by supervisor
