To adhere to set external recruitment procedures to obtain the best talents in the marketplace from the competition. To be able to communicate and explain the Employee In-House Rules & Regulations to employees. Coordinates with Departmental Heads in ensuring employee commitment to Company rules and Policies. To ensure that employee facilities are maintained and cleaned to hotel standards of operation, including the Employee Restaurant, bunker, Locker Rooms and other designated areas. To ensure that all People & Culture / Administration Practices are complete and in keeping with legal practices, Policies & Procedures and the Philosophy of the Hotel. Responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of all relevant statutory records, registers & Forms. To ensure all legal returns/formalities are complied with e.g., E.S.I., P.F, Apprenticeship Act, Contract labour, Employment exchange etc. To develop and implement employee training and development programmes that align with organisational objectives and support career progression. To oversee performance management systems, including appraisals and feedback mechanisms, to ensure fair and consistent evaluation of employee performance. To manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution in accordance with company policies. To administer compensation and benefits programmes, ensuring accurate payroll processing and timely communication of benefits to all employees. To promote employee engagement and retention initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture and enhance organisational commitment.
