We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team in the role of HR Executive (People & Culture Executive), to be based in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic growing environment and contribute to the growth of our HR, People & Culture operations in the APAC region. The key responsibilities of the role will be in recruitment, onboarding and employee life cycle management operations within SE Asia and ANZ. This position will report to the Regional Director, People & Culture APAC in Kuala Lumpur. Your tasks MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES Recruitment & Onboarding Manage and conduct end-to-end recruitment (including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination) to meet business needs. Conduct orientation and facilitate onboarding of new hires. Manage the new hire process (job offer, employment contract, induction process, Finance/Admin & IT dep coordination, track probationary completion and confirmation). Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives. Enable efficient use of recruiting functionality in Workday by hiring managers. Performance Management Support performance management process and ensure that goal setting/review are carried out in an effective and timely manner. Guide managers on employees’ goal setting, performance review, development plan setting and performance improvement plan. HR Operations & Reporting Manage entire employee life cycle from hiring to termination (Off boarding/exit interviews). Champion use of Workday HRIS and all HR tools/processes. Maintain documentation, accurate HR records and prepare monthly HR reports. HR Projects Support global, regional and/or in-country HR projects and initiatives as required. REQUIREMENT Successful University degree Minimum 3-5 years professional experience with good HRM foundation. Good experience in recruitment and employee life cycle management. Knowledge in Software/IT recruiting will be an advantage. Proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office Suites and related professional digital/social media tools. Digitally savvy, experienced with HRIS system and technology. Fluent in Spoken/Written English and Malay.
