This is your role Events: Drive or support local events, activities, and well-being initiatives. Guidance and Support: Provide consultations to talents on various People & Culture-related topics such as benefits logistics, leaves of absence, compensation, policy interpretation, and implementation. Engagement and Satisfaction: Implement strategies and initiatives to enhance talent engagement, satisfaction, retention, and a positive workplace culture. Facilitate necessary surveys. Global and Local Integration: Co-create, supervise, and implement people-related programs, policies, initiatives, and tools from the other "People pillars" and, when needed, align and adjust them to local legislation/market. Ensure compliance. Talent Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for P&C-related concerns, providing guidance on talent relations, conflict resolution, and performance management. Operations: Manage the talent lifecycle, including onboarding, probation evaluations, performance assessments, and offboarding, ensuring legal compliance and internal alignment. Operations: Administer and support the payroll process and compensation changes when necessary. Work Environment & Safety: Implement strategies for workplace safety, business continuity, and crisis management to ensure the well-being of talents when necessary. Data Administration: Maintain and manage talent's personal documents, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date records. Data Administration: Administer talent data in the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all sensitive information. Operations: Conduct necessary 1:1 meetings to support talent development, well-being, and career progression.
