In this dual role as Recruiting Lead and Strategic Business Partner, you’ll work closely with local leadership and employees to attract top talent, drive engagement, and help shape a high-performing, inclusive culture from day one. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT Partner with hiring managers to manage full-cycle recruitment and deliver a strong candidate experience. Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to align with hiring strategies and maintain applicant tracking/reporting compliance. Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and HR-related matters. Support new hire onboarding and orientation in Tulsa to ensure smooth integration. Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. Champion a positive work environment, foster site culture, and coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence on policies, compliance, and employee support.
