Role Overview: This senior HR leader will drive global people strategies, build scalable HR systems, and foster a future-ready culture to support international growth. The role requires deep expertise in organizational development and talent management, with a proven track record leading HR transformation across diverse, multicultural environments Key Responsibilities: Act as the strategic People lead to develop and implement global people strategies that drive international growth, elevate organizational capability, and shape a future-ready culture. Design a future-ready talent roadmap and establish scalable, compliant HR systems and structures that support global operations and organizational scalability. Leverage people analytics to inform strategic decision-making, track progress against transformation goals, and continuously optimize people programs and processes. 15+ years of experience in People Operations, with at least 5 years in a regional or international leadership role. Proven success in scaling HR operations, ideally in the UAE or GCC. Deep expertise in organization development, culture transformation, and talent strategy. Experience in multi-cultural environments, preferably within growth-stage or transformation-focused organizations.
