Discover the world with Minor Hotels. Job Description As a People & Culture Intern, you will play a key supporting role in driving the success of the People & Culture team. You will act as a proactive team member, assisting in core HR processes, enhancing team member engagement, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department. This role offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful employee experiences. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of People & Culture initiatives, including employee engagement activities, and internal communications Assist in administrative tasks to ensure efficient and smooth departmental operations Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing timely and professional support Maintain accurate employee records and documentation Assist in organizing events, and internal activities Contribute to enhancing team member wellbeing and overall employee experience Support ad hoc HR projects as assigned Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a strong interest in Human Resources Good communication skills in both Thai and English Open-minded with strong organizational and multitasking skills, and high attention to detail Approachable, positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility Able to commit to a 6-month internship; high-performing interns may be considered for a full-time position Company Location: Minor Hotels Corporate
