What You’ll Do Culture & Engagement Design and drive culture initiatives that strengthen belonging, collaboration, and accountability. Lead employee engagement programs including townhalls, recognition, and feedback channels. Act as a culture ambassador, ensuring values are embedded in everyday practices. People Development Lead learning and development initiatives that upskill employees and build leadership capability. Partner with leaders to design career growth frameworks, mentorship, and talent development programs. Champion performance management processes that drive accountability and growth. People Operations Oversee and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, probation, confirmation, exit). Manage and evolve policies, benefits, and HR systems to support employee experience and compliance. Monitor HR metrics such as engagement, retention, attrition, and diversity to guide decisions. Employee Relations & Well-being Provide guidance on employee relations matters with fairness and empathy. Champion well-being initiatives to support mental, physical, and financial health. Leadership & Influence Partner with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business priorities. Act as a coach and advisor to managers on leadership, feedback, and team management. What You Bring 6+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in culture-building, employee engagement, and L&D. Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Creative, empathetic, and data-driven mindset.
