Responsibilities
Updating the existing framework for internal HR systems, ensuring compliance with external legal requirements and internal policies
Support in delivering an effective recruitment and on-boarding program ensuring all new employees have a ‘great welcome’ to Kelly+Partners
Develop a whole of cycle People Experience calendar - including running KPG internal events, establishing quarterly training for talent cohorts
Maintaining employee records / documentation, ensuring all documentation is accurate and easily accessible
Assisting with the analysis of HR data to provide analysis, trends and recommendations to Senior Leadership
Embedding and driving a Learning and Development framework for people at all levels across the business
Running projects that contribute towards building the culture of Kelly+Partners
Work with the CEO and Head of People to embed and maintain Group Policies
